REGISTRATION ONLINE

The conference will start at 8.30 am on Mon. June 9, 2025, and end at noon on Wed. June 11, 2025. Registration includes breakfast and lunch on June 9, 10, and 11 with Gala dinner on June 9 or 10 – does not include accommodation in Dallas or dinner for other conference days.

  • Early bird registration by  Tuesday, April 15, 2025 (April 1, 2025 for presenters) – nonstudents: US$200
  • Early bird registration by  Tuesday, April 15, 2025 (April 1, 2025 for presenters) –students: US$100
